•Security - Services Vendors have already defined Security in their architecture Eg. Google and Amazon
•Data Ownership - Who owns the data? What happens to the data after the contract is over with the Service provider?
•Availability - Dedicated line to the Cloud. Will the Service will have a downtime?
•Training - Will there be additional training for the IT Employees.
•User Experience (Speed) - Will the user have enough speed to access the cloud services.
•Price - Will the Cost be more in the overall run.
